Free Spay/Neuter Voucher Program
for Cats in RASKC Jurisdiction
If you live in the jurisdiction of Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) and are income-qualified (see below) and cannot afford the low surgery copay ($55 female, $45 male), you may be eligible for a voucher for free spay/neuter, microchip and rabies vaccine for your cat(s). Vouchers are valid at Seattle Humane in Bellevue, and Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project in Renton and Lynnwood. Other services are available at low-cost at the time of surgery. Please email your address to us at southcountycats@gmail.com to request a voucher. Vouchers must be approved prior to arrival for your appointment.
RASKC provides service to the unincorporated portion of King County as well as within the boundaries of the contracting cities listed below.
